These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and MGP88 ("MGP88", "we", "us", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the MGP88 website located at https://mgp88.cam, including all associated services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Services").

MGP88 operates as an online sportsbook and live casino platform offering sports betting markets, live dealer casino games, slot titles, and related wagering services. The Platform operates under international licensing frameworks that require compliance with standards relating to player protection, fair play, anti-money laundering, and responsible gambling.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the Services, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, ourPrivacy Policy, and our Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Services.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an Account with MGP88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are natural person of at least 21 years of age. MGP88 strictly prohibits access by individuals below this age threshold. Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process and may be required at any time at the Platform's discretion.
• You are accessing the Services in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of your participation.
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent, employee, or representative of any third party.
• You have not been self-excluded from MGP88 or any affiliated platform, and you are not subject to any voluntary or mandatory exclusion order from any gambling regulatory body.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which MGP88 has formally restricted access (as updated by the Platform from time to time).
• You are not an employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any MGP88 employee or affiliated company.

You may only holdone (1) Account on MGP88 at any given time. The operation of multiple accounts (whether under the same name, email, payment method, device, or IP address) constitutes a Prohibited Activity and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification is a mandatory requirement for all withdrawal requests and for certain Account activities at MGP88's discretion. KYC documentation typically required includes:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document — Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), Passport, or Driver's Licence;
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months — utility bill, bank statement from Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, or an equivalent document;
• A clear selfie photograph holding your identity document next to your face.

KYC review is typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission. MGP88 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. Any activity undertaken using your Account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. You must immediately notify MGP88 support if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

MGP88 supports deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB, and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT). Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the cashier section of the platform and are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmation from the respective payment processor. Processing times vary by method. MGP88 does not guarantee immediate crediting in all circumstances and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified prior to the first withdrawal;
• All applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be fulfilled;
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed any applicable daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits;
• The withdrawal method must correspond to a payment method previously used for deposit, where technically feasible;
• Your Account must be in good standing with no unresolved disputes or investigations.

Indicative withdrawal processing times are as follows: e-walets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) — under 5 minutes; DuitNow/FPX — 5 to 15 minutes; direct bank transfer — 15 to 60 minutes. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. MGP88 accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party financial institutions.

MGP88 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets, and other promotional incentives ("Promotions") from time to time. Each Promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time the Promotion is offered. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the specific Promotion terms, the specific Promotion terms shall prevail.

General conditions applicable to all Promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x) is specified per Promotion. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a RM200 bonus requires total wagers of RM4,000 before withdrawal eligibility.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While Bonus Funds are active, the maximum permitted bet per round or event is RM250 unless otherwise specified. Exceding this limit may result in forfeiture of the Bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute 10–20%; sports bets contribute as specified per Promotion. Live casino games may be excluded entirely from certain Promotions.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses must be used within the specified period (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of issuance). Expired Bonus Funds will be forfeited without compensation.
• One Promotion Per Account: Each User is entitled to claim each Promotion once unless explicitly stated otherwise. The use of multiple accounts to claim the same Promotion constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture and Account suspension.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Bonus-derived winings may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap. The applicable cap will be stated in the Promotion-specific terms.

MGP88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Promotion at any time and without prior notice. Always read and understand the full Promotion terms before claiming any offer.

All bets placed on MGP88 are subject to the general betting rules applicable to the relevant sport or game type. These rules are published within the sportsbook and casino interfaces. By placing a wager, you confirm your acceptance of the applicable rules.

Bet Acceptance: MGP88 reserves the right to decline, restrict, or limit any bet at its absolute discretion without obligation to provide a reason. Bets are not confirmed until you receive an official confirmation notification within the platform.

Void Bets — Grounds for Voiding: MGP88 may void a wager in the following circumstances, including but not limited to:

• The event to which the bet relates is abandoned, postponed beyond a material period, or not completed;
• The bet was placed at an eroneous or palpably incorrect price due to a technical error or human input error;
• The bet was placed in breach of these Terms or any applicable special rules;
• Corruption, match-fixing, or other integrity violations are confirmed in relation to the event;
• A late withdrawal of a player, team, or participant that materially changes the nature of the event.

In the event of a Void Bet, the original stake will be returned to the User's Account Balance in full. MGP88 will not be liable for any consequential loss or opportunity cost arising from a voided wager.

Live Betting: In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to real-time price availability. MGP88 does not guarantee the availability of live betting markets on any specific event. Bets placed during a period of technical interruption may be voided at the Platform's discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the MGP88 platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account Balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Opening, maintaining, or operating more than one Account, whether directly or through an associate;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Services if you are under 21 years of age;
• Systematic exploitation of bonuses or promotions through the use of multiple accounts, bonus stacking, or coordinated abuse ("bonus abuse");
• Arbitrage betting strategies or any coordinated activity designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome ("arbing"), unless explicitly permitted;
• Use of automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner;
• Collusion with other players or with third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Money laundering, structuring, or any activity designed to use the platform as a vehicle for financial crime;
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or anonymisation tool to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the technical integrity of the platform or its infrastructure;
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening conduct directed at MGP88 staff or other users;
• Placing bets on behalf of or at the direction of another person for commercial gain ("agent betting").

MGP88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing tools that allow Users to manage their gambling behaviour effectively. MGP88 is a21+ platform. The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Users at no charge:

All content, materials, software, trademarks, logos, brand identifiers, game assets, and intellectual property available on or through the MGP88 platform are owned by or licensed to MGP88 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The MGP88 name, logo, and associated branding are proprietary marks of MGP88.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any platform content without the prior written consent of MGP88.

Any unauthorised use of MGP88's intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability. You must not use the MGP88 brand, name, or logos in any manner that implies affiliation or endorsement without explicit written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MGP88, its officers, directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical failures, platform outages, or third-party payment processor errors;
• Financial losses incurred as a result of gambling activity;
• Any reliance placed on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the platform;
• Interrupted or unavailable Services due to maintenance, cyber-attacks, or force majeure events;
• Decisions made by the Platform in the legitimate exercise of its rights under these Terms.

MGP88 provides the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

MGP88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Engagement in any Prohibited Activity as defined in Section 8;
• Failure to comply with KYC requirements within a reasonable timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or other criminal activity;
• Instruction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or payment processor;
• Account inactivity for a period exceding 12 consecutive months.

Upon termination of an Account for cause, MGP88 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds, pending withdrawals, or balances held in the Account pending investigation. Real Money balances that have been confirmed as legitimately deposited and wagered may be subject to withdrawal following conclusion of any investigation.

If you wish to voluntarily close your Account, please contact our support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any outstanding Real Money balance will be returned via your most recently used verified payment method.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MGP88 holds its operating licence, as applicable to the Platform's operations. MGP88 does not operate under any Malaysian governmental licence or Malaysian regulatory framework, as no such specific online gambling licensing regime exists in Malaysia at the time of publication.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

For Malaysian Users specifically: accessing MGP88's Services does not create any Malaysian-law governed contractual relationship with MGP88. You access the Services subject to the laws of the jurisdiction where MGP88 is licensed, and you agree to this arrangement by registering an Account.

MGP88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Users via email to the address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Services following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revisions were made. If you do not agree with a material change, your sole remedy is to cease using the Services and close your Account.
